Problem: Property-transaction data was locked in PDFs and slow portals; every market claim was unsourced or took days to verify by hand. System: Turning a government property-transaction firehose into a queryable intelligence layer that powers verifiable market reports.

Problem: Content teams decided what to write from intuition, with no live read on demand, competition, or decay. System: GSC and Ahrefs data, surfaced through MCP, driving content prioritization and decisioning instead of guesswork.
Automated market-report generation
Problem: Hundreds of market reports were trapped as PDFs, invisible to search and impossible to reuse as web content. System: A multi-agent pipeline that rebuilds PDF market reports as schema-marked, indexable HTML at scale.
Multilingual SEO operations
Problem: Six languages across three markets were managed by hand, so hreflang errors and localization gaps were constant and slow to catch. System: Running SEO across 6 languages and 3 GCC markets with automation handling hreflang and localization QA.
